Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences is a theatre for the young viewer that shapes their cultural space, broadens their senses, reflects their perception of the world, and helps them to get to know themselves and the world. The Theatre also comprises the museum of puppetry arts and the international visual theatre festival Tallinn Treff, which form a synergistic whole with the theatre.

The Theatre looks forward to the project where practical mentorship knowledge and theories of mentoring meet and could possibly find new interesting ways towards developing the mentoring process into a wholesome, more involved hands-on mentoring guide. Creating a system of mentoring in an art institution where skill-learning and development is an essential part of daily work is something Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences is keenly interested.
