Joonas Tartu
General Manager of Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences.
Member of Board of Foundation Eesti Noorsooteater. Also Member of Board for the Estonian Association of Performing Arts Institutions.
Previously he has worked as the director of Rakvere Theatre (2006-2013) and as public servant in the Ministry of Culture. He has also been involved in the management of theatre festivals Baltoscandal and NuQ Treff/Tallinn Treff Festival.
Hannele Känd
Head of the Performance Department in Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences; former communication manager for the theatre.
Member of board for the Association of Professional Arts and Culture Managers of Estonia. Guest lecturer and supervisor for graduate papers for arts management program in University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy.
She has both MA and BA in arts management (MA from EMTA 2015 and BA from UT Viljandi Culture Academy 2011). She’s an active freelance arts manager and keen promoter of volunteering in the arts field festivals.
